Worst Experience ever... Asansol Barbeque National is a Big let Down. We had a get together of one of our colleague yesterday and the service was very very poor. Only two waiters were servicing around 40 guests, moreover waiting time from one starter to another was around ten minutes. We had to literally beg them everytime to get something. Moreover as usual they will push veg and chat items first, and will bring non veg starters after 15 minutes, when we declined to have veg starters we were made to wait 10 minutes and literally ask for non veg starters. Again they will start non veg starters with fish , they will only get chicken items there after. Barbeque chicken wings will be served once and you have to literally beg for a second serving. The best part is with prawns, we had to ask four to five times , everytime they replied "sir it's coming" until we ask them to call the manager , it's when the prawns arrived instead of the manager. Moreover the barbeque grills were hardly fired, and most of the starters were half cooked and the grills were not fired enough to cook them. Now comes the best part they were supposed to offer mutton in main course, that was surprisingly missing and most of the guests left without having mutton. When they were confronted by the host they gave a lame excuse mutton is only prepared in live counter that too on order. How are the guest's suppose to know if they are not informed that breads and mutton will be served from the live counter. That was totally an unfair trade practice. And I have always seen mutton in the main counter in other Barbeque Nationa outlets. I hope Barbeque Nation takes note of the above feedback and take genuine steps to address them.

N:B Main course items were an eyewash, none tasted good,they were refilled late, there ultimate goal is to frustrate their guests by making them wait so that they leave early...
