Theque Smart Sentrum Mall — Restaurant in West Bengal

We asked for Chicken Tikka, and this is what we got. To all who are reading this, do the pieces in the picture look like chicken Tikka?

Chicken pieces (which were originally meant to be used for gravy recipes) were maybe washed and then cooked on gas with butter on top. The chicken was simply stale and soggy, it had no taste apart from burnt charcoal and butter, and after taking a bite, it felt like it was kept in the fridge from the morning or maybe even from the previous day. No onions/green chutney were given as well. Even a roadside shop gives those.

My question to the chef - do you think customers are fools and can be served anything without them knowing?

My question to the owner - who will be responsible if someone falls sick after eating this kind of food?

This was my first and last time here. Avoid this place at all costs. Instead, just get a beer and chips from the opposite shop...

Well we went to Theque smart on 30-10-2024. We ordered Dum Biriyani (Rs99) and Chicken Tikka (Rs149)

Dum Biriyani quantity and taste was really good as per the price. Chicken was a leg piece and it was juicy. Only negative was the Alu which did not have the masala / biriyani masalas inside it. ( I totally get it that can happen sometimes)

Tikka was average. Maybe they forgot to sprinkle some lemon on it.

Now coming to cleanliness, it was clean. Staff behaviour was also great.

Overall, will not complain that much compared to the pricing of...

One the worst food. I have ever eaten. I ordered kadai paneer combo. In which paratha was totally raw and paneer was rotten. I had leave the food as it is. Complained about it but no response. Only thing that is good is...
