Barbeque Nation - Barasat — Restaurant in West Bengal

Attention please... Mey be I these 4+ reviews my review is not noticeable but also I will share my experience... I booked a slot for 3:30pm lunch... Me and my friends reached there at 3:45pm ....where I already asked the customer care for confirmation that I went go at 3:45 pm it will be available or not and the food will be fresh or not because it was my birthday and I was giving the treat my friends.. they said it will be available till 4:30 pm u can come before that ..... So my concern is after coming to the restaurant... They were saying... Tell ur friends to come faster we will start the dinner buffet..... Till now it's ok ... When we took our plates half of the dishes were empty... We told them to refill After 10-10 minutes they refill ar 4:30 we just finished our starter halfly they said we will close the main course counter please take what u want ... We rushed and took what we needed there also half of the dishes were empty ...we told them to refill but they said we can give u on a plate what u want ....we were just starting our main course....they said we are closing our desert counter please take.... We rushed again and took Left over deserts and half of the deserts were not there ... After that we were going to take salads but the salad counter were closed...then we just again start our main course...the waiter Netai handed me the bill... And said to pay immediately... because they have to finish the lunch buffet procedure.... So we paid ... After 5 minutes they came again and said please cut the cake (I called the restaurant yesterday and asked about the cake they said it's complementary u don't have to pay ,when I reached the restaurant they said u have to pay 99 rs extra for the cake)...we said let us finish the meal please.... We just finished the main course and started deserts... The waiter Netai was taking our unfinished plate rudely ...... without asking....and the manager said to ware the birthday cap .. when I denied..they were forcing to were that and cut the cake ... These all happened within 1hour.... Now tell me we were 6 women came for buffet lunch... Is it possible to finish lunch within 1hour......and the food taste was also third class....with those behaviour....i just ruined my birthday by choosing barbeque Nation Barasat.... Specialy the waiter Netai was totally the rude person and illiterate.... nothing to say .. I didn't have this much time to write these big but everyday I am thinking about that day ..... The behaviour...my faceloss.......

@BarbequeNation we recently visited barbeque nation Barasat Kolkata branch the food was very average and the main course items were not good at all food was very salty the main dish that is the mutton that was so bland there was no taste totally bland and it was old and pathetic after we told them they gave us and new plate of mutton with a lot of chilli in it that was also pathetic overall the food was not good we didn't enjoy it was a waste of money as well as the desert section was very poor after everything I did the payment from easy diner and I showed them the screenshot and they said the payment is done after I left the restaurant I was on road in traffic they called me few times I couldn't answer after I reach home they call me and they said we didn't get your payment after that many days they called me many time and it was very disturbing I told them you can come to my place with the card machine and I will pay it but I got an offer from easy diner that is 300 rupees voucher I used that and I got discount after discount the amount I pay I will pay you the same amount they said OK when they reached my place they started calling me and arguing that I have to pay the total bill amount which is over of what I paid earlier I will not get the discount when I already confirm the amount and the coupon before I told them to send the person for the payment again then also they took a lot of time and started ordering me over call and forcing me to give the full payment without discount and after that finally I told them I will not pay the over amount then they said ok you can discounted price and he banged the call on my face I believe I was speaking with Mr PALTU.. first of all they did the mistake for the payment because of their mistake they called me many times in few days and I had to face all this disturbing problems and after that they are forcing me to pay over price that is the most Disrespectful most pathetic and disgusting service I have ever seen in my entire life I will never visit the barbeque nation Barasat outlet again and I will not suggest anyone to go as well as the food is also pathetic there.We recently visited @absolutebbq and it was very nice All the food item was perfect everything was well cooked service was very...

Be aware of this place at Barasat. They will try to cheat on you in every possible way. My own experience with this place is horrible. Many of my colleagues and friends have also witnessed their multiple cheating methods. Firstly, If you book from SWIGGY or Easy Diner or any other app they will try to confusion you about at what price you have booked. If you don't have a screenshot of it, they will simply charge at the highest rate prevailing at Kolkata, not at barasat. By that they are avoiding the discounts offered by this apps😆 Secondly, They tell you they don't take tip. But actually they do. In the name of SERVICE CHARGE they steal your money which is illegal. You tell them about that, they bill you a higher amount or even deny to change the bill. Third, Their pattern of service is cunningly stupid. They serve you the PRONE as the last starter. Only 3 pieces are served per head. After that the repeat will take at least 15 minutes to come. So that you don't wait and move to the main course. Everytime you go there and hear the same story that, sir, it is getting properly cooked sir🤬 Fourth, When you move to main course, if you are hosting a party, be damn sure, they have hided the mutton 😆 Seriously they do!! You will find the mutton on the chat counter I tell you. I find it there only on two occasions when a party was held. Because that is the only costly item on their list. And they try to save it at any cost. They will give you aalo jhol and three small piece of mutton. That's all.

Finally, They will never let you eat more than Rs 300 and you will pay 800 for your plate. And if you are throwing a party there, then it's a big day for them to steal from you. With a polished coat they will eyewash your food in front of you. You will see mutton containing bowls are empty every now and then and they will say, sir please wait, we are refilling as early as possible. But that's their game. Your guests will not tell you anything, they simply move to some other dishes. And that's how these cheaters profit.

Quite a shame on you Barbecue Nation Barasat outlet!! You are busted not only by me but also by many of my friends. And I want all to know about this outlets cheating tendency and methods.
