Kwality LA-Zabab Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

First of all sorry that I do not have the images. But there is a good reason behind it. I was standing out side of the restaurant, as I was waiting for my friend to arrive so we can have lunch together. But what I saw, after that my hunger just vanished. I am not sure about the taste of their food. But one thing I am very much sure of is that they are very very unprofessional and serve very unhygienic food.

The large biriyani handi was kept out side of the restaurant beside the NH and too much dust is flying all around, but this is nothing compare to what I saw after that. The biriyani handi was covered with a dirty red cloth and one serving boy came out from the restaurant and he removed the cloth from the biriyani handi then he opened the handi cover and cleaned the inner side of the handi cover with that full of dust dirty cloth and he has not stopped there, he also cleaned the biriyani serving bowls with the same cloth and served biriyani in it. I was feeling 🤮 after seeing all this that too from a well know restaurant.

Please beaware of these things before visiting here. It would have been better if I had a chance to take a picture or video of the same. But it was open place so I could not.

It was a good place in past.... But now it has become one of the most unhygienic places.... Went there during Durga puja days.... Although their behavior was good enough.... But food quality was questionable..... We have ordered 1 chilli chicken and 1 chicken Manchurian... They had given us 2 chilli chicken.....polau and mix veg rice were literally same.... Place was very congested..... Even if it was during Durga puja they should have maintain safety measures for corona.... But price of food medium... Not too...

Any type of Roll here is a wonder. It's a very renowned restaurant in Barasat. I have been going to this restaurant since my childhood days. The main USP of this place is the unchanged taste of the rolls with potato filling, which is a unique feature of the rolls here. A downside of this restaurant is that you don't get a seating arrangement for the persons going to have rolls. There is an AC restaurant, but they don't serve...
