Ordered 02 plate mutton biriyani @ 270 each & 01 plate chicken biriyani @210. The quality as well as the quantity of the biriyani was up to the mark, but the taste could have been better. Out of the two mutton pieces one was good but the other one was totally fat. Though the quantity is justifiable according to the price point, but the dine in experience was pathetic. All the staffs were very reluctant to take the order, serve the food. They had a negative body language to attend the customers. The biriyani plates was served with only 02 slices of onion, no cucumber no green chutney was available. We've aske for at least a green chilly, they refused to provide that also. Such kind of behaviour may lead the restaurant towards a negative customer approach. MANAGEMENT PLEASE TAKE A SERIOUS NOTE. In my opinion take away is a better option rather...

Being a connoisseur of Biryani, I use to visit different food joints and have a taste of their Biryani. Yesterday, it was Dakbunglow Biryani. The quality of the Chicken Biryani was Ok, but....the attitude and behaviour of the staffs are just horrible. As if they're doing just a favour by serving the plate on the table. The staff who was serving me, was too busy with his mobile phone playing songs and didn't even serve drinking water or spoon 🥄 and forks 🍴 until I'd asked. The AC wasn't working properly. I've visited several restaurants and other food joints in and around Barasat and Madhyamgram area but this was the first time this thing was encountered. Dear Proprietor or admin of Dakbunglow Biryani, please take care of...

For ₹200, its more than enough quantity of chicken biryani for 1. BUT.... The worst biryani I have had. But its completely okay for those who just want to stuff their stomach with food and NOT TASTE. DEFINITELY NOT SUITABLE FOR BIRYANI LOVERS

I dont blame them... Its business after all. Instead of focusing on taste, they added as much as essence they could find. Simply nothing to say. That being said, I cannot comment on the north indian dishes which is their actual SOP. Just tried the biryani there.... I hope the others are not as bad as...
