Domino's Pizza | DLF IT Park, Kolkata — Restaurant in West Bengal

Taste : As usual as any Domino's Pizza.

The staffs here are barely trained, they lack how to communicate with customers.

Moreover their behavior is absolutely disgusting. They don't listen to requests for ketchup or glasses or tissues.

I live just beside the outlet, (not even 1km away). Once I ordered pizza they deliver it after 1Hour, as it was "prepaid". Next week happened the same case, I got my pizza 1.2Hrs later, delivery boy details was not given in app, so I was unable to call the delivery guy. When you'll order on Cash on delivery , they'll rush to deliver within 30mins.

After the above incident I called the outlet to talk to the manager, I was told that he's not there, call after 4Hrs( at 2pm). Just after that moment, I called Domino's head customer care, they got in conference with the outlet. The same person again on the can on the outlet, the Executive asked for the manager, then she tells that she's the manager of the outlet. I even told at that moment, that just a moment ago she told that manager isn't there.

I absolutely hated her behavior. It's been 2 weeks, none of the refunds...

Hi! I am very disgusted with the deterioting service and food quality of Dominos DLF IT Park1, Newtown, Kolkata. Consecutively I have faced service and food quality issue, they promise to resolve it by repeating the order for one out of 4 times, when approached to repeat the order committed by them, they either say the Store is not there, the bill has been done can't be reversed and to Utter dismay they refuse for any such penalty after few days. I was a loyal customer of Domino s be it be for personal consumption or bulk order for training it get to gather purpose on behalf of my office but I regret to say I would definitely not order myself and will also not recommend family, friends and colleagues. You have brought down the ethical morality by assuring false commitment to provide penalty. In this competitive food service provider I will make sure people would go with other pizzeria to have a better and satisfied experience by not choosing Dominos anymore. Truly...

I have been coming to this place for the past 6 years, and over time I have noticed many changes in the store. Today, I felt compelled to write this review to bring certain issues to the company’s attention.

I ordered one Farmhouse, one Veg Extravaganza, and a Coke. Unfortunately, we had to wait 40–45 minutes for our order, despite only a few customers being ahead of us. During this time, it was clear that the staff was primarily focused on fulfilling outdoor deliveries, while dine-in customers were left waiting. To add to this, the dining area was not cleaned properly even after multiple requests.

When the pizzas finally arrived, the quality was disappointing. The toppings were not fresh and certainly not up to the mark. If a customer is paying ₹300 per pizza, the least one can expect is freshness and quality.

I sincerely request Domino’s to look into this matter and work on maintaining the standards and dignity the brand...
