Hotel Gouri — Restaurant in West Bengal

Worst experience ever, very bad service, very bad behaviour,

1. room is very dirty.
2. during our checkin room was totally un clean
3. don't have pillow cover, after long argument they provide towel to cover pillow . 4)during lunch they not even attend after serve, don't even ask what our need was. Fan is not working properly No cupboard was there in the room

Room is not according to price management was not good because inside the room blanket and towels were not available even no hand wash nothing it's worst experience ever in my life. Strongly...

Too bad to stay here..hotel rooms are not cleaned..They don't even know the meaning of hospitality in terms of service..Their behaviour is very bad..They don't even know , how to talk with geusts..And the food quality is very bad..last but not the least, i will give them 0.00001 out of 10..

মধ্যা কথা , এখানে থাকা মানে বেকার । খাবার এর কোয়ালিটি ভালো না । এখানে লোকে দের ব্যাবহার ভালো না মোটেও , এরা জানেই না মানুষের সাথে কি ভাবে কথা বলতে হয় ।Chek-in করার সময় এদের process টা খুব smooth..But , check-in করার পর , এদের আসল রূপ তা বেরিয়ে আসে । এদের কোনো রুম সার্ভিস নেই ।বাথরুম...
