Keventers - City Centre, Siliguri — Restaurant in West Bengal

Sad to say but the Iconic KEVENTERS is loosing its charm n golden recognition when it comes to people who wants to have breakfast , brunch or proper lunch Casual reluctant and inattentive behaviours of the staffs and manager is highly noticeable Tendency of attending foreigners and trying to impress them is noticeable whereas everyone should be equally treated and specially Indians of-course ! Which is sadly not when I personally visited there….even the waiters made a wrong calculation in the overall bill and was too much inattentive ! Having had said the lower dessert and bakery section is awesome for take away and wonderful options to choose from with good quality bakeries and desserts The managent of the whole organisation should be bit more alert about these dissatisfying experiences as it will make the name of this place bad ……. Which I personally don’t want as it’s still considered as one of the most popular eatery’s of Darjeeling & each n every visitor coming to Darjeeling for holidays and vacation wants to check in n have an experience in this place for its history...

Fraud people. Good for looting money and fooling people. I order many times from Keventers which is in city centre Siliguri but this time it was horrible experience. We order Choco Brownie Sundae which was buy one get one free. In time of delivery I got one Choco Brownie Sundae. When I called them they were like it's not in our hand. Do call zomato. Does that make any sense. They don't do their work properly. They are busy looting people and and they do so much drama saying that we will call manager and...

Truly overrated. There is no point standing in a queue to have breakfast. Their food is normal. Nothing special. Sausages are as usual.

Atmosphere? You are in Darjeeling. The view from their rooftop is awesome. But you can have this almost anywhere in Darjeeling. But their gardening is really commendable. Beautiful...
