I recently ordered the Wednesday Bucket from KFC, paying in advance for a promised delivery time of 8:30 pm. However, at 8:20 pm, the delivery executive called me with a surprising request.

Instead of delivering the order as promised, they asked me to pick it up myself in exchange for a medium-sized popcorn. This was not only inconvenient but also felt like a bait-and-switch tactic.

While the food quality might be good, the service and delivery experience fell short of expectations. As a prepaid customer, I expect timely delivery without having to compromise on the original agreement.

Improvement suggestions:

Stick to promised delivery times Avoid last-minute changes or requests Prioritize customer convenience and satisfaction

Until then, I'd think twice before ordering from this KFC...

Ground floor of a PRM market city mall,the ambience of the place is nice.. though similar to most other KFC's but a bit spacious...bt a major setback was that the quality of the food provided here don't quite match "The KFC" standard with each bite on either a crispy or a zinger you feel something is missing..that proper flavour and taste was the thing lacking..apart from that Quantity wise it's great and the staffs and the manager of the place is very helpful and cooperative...it's jst a request from my end to focus more on your flavours and spices..then that kick which was missing will be fulfilled leaving no place for anything other than that of great...
