Luxe Billiard n Cafe — Restaurant in West Bengal

Never going to visit this place again after this incident.

Was a regular visitor, visited around 4 - 5 times in last 6 months or so. Even did 4-5 zomato orders as well.

If anyone tied thier big mac burger it was unique, had a juicy patty, tasted delicious.

Today 4 of us went there, one of us was new to this place. Had high hope. Ordered a chicken dish, awesome as expected

Then Ordered our favorite burger.

I gave a bite, came out to be something else entirely, dry patty, which is undercooked in the inside and black bunt on the outside, chewy and disgusting. Would stick to your teeth and palate after you give a bite. Old patty. We know because we loved the actual dish. And have tried it almost every time we visited.

3 of us who knew the dish agreed the patty is not fresh. As if they used a old frozen-dried out patty. The fourth one didnt touch the burger hearing out complaints. And since we'd ask to replace.

Called the waiter and the manager, after some words manager agrees to replace the order, we even say is you dont have good patty we can order something else. Manager tells us, this will take some time but we are making it. We waited for good 10-15 mins, thought since it was taking long we decided to take the order home and asked the manager to pack the order.

They had just packed the same half eaten burger. Bun and patty both half eaten. And we each took other's half eaten burger.

We found that later tonight. One of us already called the manager and the manager told he need to check on this. When I called the same manager straight up denied, and straight up told they have packed a new burger.

I told him that let me reach you back with some proof that this is old burger and patty. Called again, told I want to speak to the manager again, phone was disconnected. Next few calls were never answered.

Later we spoke with ourselves and could figure out from the bite size which belonged to whom originally in the restaurant.

Dear owner, We never wanted refund, we just wanted good food, food that we loved, and was very eager to have, food which we knew how it should've tasted like.

Not a sub quality, old, dry, chewy patty with just a fresh bun.

Somewhere somehow someone made a mistake, admit it. Thats all. We just wanted you to take the accountability that this happened and wanted an assurance that this would not have happened again.

In your effort to save just mere few hundred Rupes You just lost 3 very loyal customers and One new one. Who just paid you ₹1200. And also a string of people who have already visited or would've visited because our recommendation

Believe me, It makes me very sad writing this review. But alas, we had to share our experience since you didn't take any accountability.

I hope you take corrective policies against this and have necessary checks in-place to prevent this.

No customers should...

Who doesn’t loves to explore and play pool in a chilled ambience? Then I bet you can’t get a better plan than this cafe . This is a cozy and vibe full cafe located very close to Barrackpore Station. You can reach here by train, bus or your own private car. This place is a 5 minutes walk from Barrackpore Station. It’s after Aminia nearby Godrej Interio Showroom. The biggest attraction of this cafe lies in it’s name itself i.e “Luxe Billiard” or Luxury Billiards. As soon as you enter the cafe, there will be 2 big billiard tables. One of them costs 300/hour and the other one costs 450/ hour. Adding to this, the cafe has a very chilled ambience. The staff is very friendly and even they will help you explore the billiards game if you don’t know how to play. On the walls of this cafe you can find very funky quotes which might urge you to click some good pictures with them. Lastly there’s also a live sports stream in the television. So who doesn’t wants to chill with their friends in such a great place? Lastly I would like to mention about their food. It is very tasty and they have a wide range of options to choose from the menu.

All the cuisines had their own unique taste. Starting from that crispy feel of the chicken to the swiftness of the noddles, everything had a perfect blend of mixed spices. The names do perfectly match with the food served. For example, the passion fruit chill truly relished our soul with some chilled vibes and it was truly a relief for us after travelling through this scorching heat. Another thing which I loved is the serving of the food. Each dish has it’s own special pattern of serving. The staffs were very helpful and did their work diligently. They were always nearby so you can call them anytime for any help.

Did I forget to mention that this cafe is a perfect place for an aesthetic date? The walls of this cafe have a retro design which can enhance the moment. This retro style can pause you to remember and cherish about your good memories. With a beautiful choice of foods, you can glitter up your conversations and have some relaxation from your busy schedule. The next amazing thing is table soccer. How amazing it is to play with your friends with some soft drinks? I bet you can’t find so many perfections at a single place.

After long time I visited this place which is known as "Luxe Billiard n Cafe". It is located at Barrackpore Chiriamore. 5 minutes walking distance from Barrackpore Station Near by Godrej Interio Showroom. When I entered this place I was surprised to see their 2 big billiard tables. One of them costs 300/hour and the other one cost 450/hour. Their staff is very courteous and helpful even they will help you to play the billiard games if you don't know how to play. The ambience is Cozy and Classy also. Now I coming to the food section..

🔸PASSION FRUIT CHILL - It was refreshing and looks tempting. 🔸CRISPY CHICKEN - It is my all time favourite starter. They cooked well and the layer was crispy and yummylicious. 🔸CHICKEN KEBAB PLATTER COMBO - 3 different types of kebab had this kebab platter. But I loved their reshmi and tikka kebab. 😋 🔸CHICKEN STEAM MOMO IN CHILLY OIL - It taste was delicious with chatpata chutney. 🔸CHICKEN KOLAPURI GRAVY - I tried this with butter naan. It was spicy. 🔸BUTTER NAAN 🔸LUEX SPECIAL NOODLES ( NONVEG) 🔸CAPPUCCINO HOT CHOCOLATE 🔸OREO SHAKE - Must try this shake. It was thick and taste was amazing. 🔸CAFFE LATTE

The names do perfectly match with the food served. If you are a pool lover then must visit this place and you can visit this place with your loved once, you can glitter up your conversations and have some relaxation from your busy schedule. Overall arrangements are so good. And if you guys are seeing this, then I'd say coolberg non alcoholic drinks will be a great addition to your already perfect menu. Must visit this place.
