The Roof — Restaurant in West Bengal

It was okey ish in the beginning but today hyderabadi chicken and veg biryani with lime soda was ordered from zomato and just plain rice over chicken curry and same with some kind of mixed veg was given. The taste was just horrible with no flavour of biryani at all and know not what was bottled in the name of lime soda. I just don’t understand why these people take customers just for granted and dare to serve worthless food like this. I will strongly disagree to recommend or to visit or order from such place ever again. And my suggestion to the restaurant woner if you are not into just fooling around the customers please improve...

Firstly waited for there like 2 hours to get any food, I haven't been to any restaurant like this where I get food after 2 hrs and trust me the restaurant was empty not even a rush was there.The taste was moderate not great, the cost of food items wasn't worth it, for example: in menu it was mentioned that the price of mixed noodles was of 165 inr but we have to pay 195 for it. The pricing of the food in accordance to the quantity they are providing is just awful.
