It was one of the best restaurant to get Kerala food in Chennai and the quality and quantity was good before the 3 stars is because the last 2 times I visited now the food quality has dropped down and the taste also has come down before even though it was a small restaurant the food was so good , now the quality has come down and I think even the taste is not that great now quantity is also not much and the price also hiked now before it was pocket friendly and the taste was also amazing even my colleagues had the same complaint about the quality. We came with excitement due to our past orders in swiggy here. But I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude. Simple questions were met with dismissive or sarcastic responses, and any issues I brought up were either ignored or handled with clear indifference.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. When I addressed the poor service, I was met with a careless response that made it clear they had no intention of improving or even acknowledging their behavior.

This was my first visit, and honestly, I left a bit disappointed. The food overall felt quite average. The chicken curry was served with chicken fry pieces mixed in, which didn’t really match my expectation. Since I had my dinner after 10 PM, the appam was not crispy and lacked the freshness I usually look forward to.
