To start with a good thing, keyboard performance from Mr. Raj was extraordinary. He was so patient in listening to our requests and made a karaoke. Though, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience on other things at this venue. Despite being told it could accommodate up to 30 people, it was cramped even for 14. (though they asked for my confirmation to proceed and i said ok, so it is on me to have chosen this venue). The decorations and ambiance were good, but the service was severely lacking.

Food Service: Food was not provided in a timely manner. Despite charging ₹350 per head, it was served on eco friendly paper plates (though mentioned to me earlier) and refills took over 20 minutes. The kitchen is 10 minutes away, causing significant delays. Water: No water bottles were provided. We had to share a single Lehar soda bottle, which had to be refilled repeatedly. Drinks: The "Mojito" was just 7up. Staff: The staff were rude and unhelpful, directing us to contact the owner for any issues. Guests had to drop their plates due to the delay in food service.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at your venue for our gathering, and we appreciate the effort put into the decor. However, I would like to offer some feedback to enhance the experience for future guests and ensure the value matches the price.

The balloon decorations were nice, but we noticed there was only a boy-themed air-filled baby doll and no girl-themed one. Additionally, none of the table or side lamps were operational. The air conditioning, despite being on, provided no coolness. We were told this was due to the heat outside, but even after 1.5 hours, the AC produced only warm air. We had to rely on a table fan provided.

Please ensure that the air conditioning is functioning properly, as it is essential regardless of the outside temperature. While we appreciate the effort to create an enjoyable atmosphere, these issues impacted our experience given the high cost. We hope these concerns will be addressed to improve the venue for future guests.

I would kindly not suggest this place to anyone unless they fix the issues. Thank you, and I hope you take this...
