Sri Durga Bhavan — Restaurant in Zone 14 Perungudi

I'm eating at Durga bhavan passed 7 years this hotel is not like before especially Pongal is stupid,very wrost. Onion rava dosa is very poor than before ( not boiling good)totally Durga bhavan quality is going down by down every day . If we complained to the cashier simply they r refusing not answering or caring about customers. Their concentrate on money only. Why no supervisor or responsible person is not there always? You r increasing rates only. Not quality. Try to improve quality standard.

Worst ever sever with no manners. We bought 2 biriyani as parcel for 3 person as the quantity will be more it would be sufficient for 3 and took 1 banana leaf for the third person. The waiter present there snatched the leaf and said we won't give for it, if you want go an buy it( there is no issues in refusing but it should be told in a polite manner). What ever taste or Quality you have it doesn't matter you guys have to learn some basic manners . Durga Bhavan used to be better place earlier for morning breakfast and occasional lunch.

Right now management is not as good as those days and the cook's employed too I guess, though they are struggling hard to maintain the quality and service, it looks like they are not able to hold their stand.

Pongal Vada and sambar used to be my all time favorite breakfast there but the combo lacks the taste of deliciousness. 😐

Coffee too has lost its charm. 😢
