We’re just three of us (one small kid including), have been told to wait for 10 minutes.. still that is fine, as it always worth waiting for good food. But what happened was there were table and nobody has any clue who is serving which is table. Finally they allocated one table, but when we try to occupy suddenly someone came and said not yet finished their orders. And another side one guy was sitting for longtime without any food, when we checked with server, they started arguing within themselves. No one has any clue. It was very awkward situation

It is very important to keep the customers informed and also each table server should not know about the orders. Finally we left hungry without having food along with the kid. Hope this does not get repeated in the future

This restaurant has become one of my favourite in the recent. Awesome service, kind people,.happy faces and always proactively check what we need.

Food is at another level... 100rs for the wholesome breakfast combo is too good. Meals at lunch time is authentic and rightly priced. I love the Kaara kuzhambu and varieties of poriyals. Time to time chef is in good mood and makes something to make people happy and gives it only for taste and I'm lucky to have it tasted couple of times. Today's Halwa was awesome and same way chettinadu Saiva eeral pepper fry on the other day was treat to tastebuds.

Service was bad. Had to ask multiple times for an extra cup of chutney/sambar/kurma. For a dosa, they give a very small cup of sambar.. Definitely not sufficient. We ordered a plate of chapati, it was so hard and very thick.. And they served with jus one small cup of kurma. Had to call them again and again for that second cup. Actually they charge pretty well, but i dont know why they are not okay in giving good amount of Accompaniments. we decided not to order anything after plain dosas and chapathis after this worst experience. Definitely won't visit this...
