Atti Cafe - Idhu Namma Spot — Restaurant in Zone 15 Sholinganallur

Went there for 3rd time now...first time it was great...2nd time when I had multiple shocks...I went nd ordered samosa it was 15rs two days before nd all of a sudden they updated the price to 20rs Nd the second shocking thing that happened wad...I ordered badam milk from their menu but what was delivered is rose milk...I got bit tensed and I checked with them ..they were lease bothered nd I paid for the rose milk too...

Though they wrongly delivered roja paal in the place of badam milk On 2nd visit the rose milk was good they added Icecream nd chia seeds...but badam milk was tasteless

As I liked rosemilk I went today again... ordered the Same

.but what I received was watery milk with rose essence...not at all Worth 50rs...I would say even 10rs rosemilk will be far better than this.

I really wanted to say the sisters who r running this shop..

It is always the quality nd consistency...

I had a filter coffee which is priced 30/- without GST, with GST (2.5% for SGST & 2.5% for CGST) total is 32/-, split up of the total amount coffee is 30rs adding both GST that is 0.75pisa + 0.75pisa total is 31.50/- in that they are rounding it by reducing 0.50pisa, now the total amount I have to pay is 31/- but in their bill its showing 32/- how?.... I asked about this to the billing person, he didn't care and asked me to pay the bill amount or leave. worst experience. Thanks to their billing software. If you are a regular or new customer for this place check your bill before paying. Don't think its just one or two rupee, this café is opened 24/7 many people are coming if they continue this strategy of robbing in every bill, think how much they will get without our notice. Finally, coffee is not worth for this amount both in...

Horrible service - the people at the counter enable to understand the order they do not have the items mentioned on the menu, talk to them in English talk to them in Hindi they still wont understand. They will make you pay three different times for the same bill and are unable to explain the calculation for the bill. They are unable to provide a bill saying the machine is not working and the only proof they are able to provide is a photo from my phone's camera of their screen. The owner comes in and is not trying to understand the problem and keeps repeating the same sentences over and over again. I think this place is only meant to go and have 20 rupees tea and nothing else. Nothing personal against them but I'm Very very disappointed, for someone who is hungry and is having to go through so much of a hassle just for a take away...
