Pind Semmenchery — Restaurant in Zone 15 Sholinganallur

I am very very disappointed because of such a poor quality of food specially in Buffet. You are continuously degrading ur food quality and service from last 4 to 6 months. I am such a regular customer on ur restaurant not less then 17 times I visited, 8time zomato and most of the time I choose Buffet but again u disappointed me with the food you served. In stater chilli parata was quite hard to chew. We couldn't eat. Kabab we had many times at ur place but yesterday it was not even cooked from inside. It was getting stuck in throat. Crispy corn was served too late after requesting that we are done with remaining staters can you serve now. It was served later but smell was coming so we couldn't eat and and we said they said corn and making both are fresh. Five minutes before we finished staters we requested to make ready Main course items coz we don't want a huge gap as always I observe. But they did same we waited for almost 15 to 20 min for the Main course. Every visit I request to reduce this time gap but the never paid attention to this. Full mood get off of eating after such a gap. 4.till date the worse curry was served specially of Paneer, we couldn't even eat and upon that masala and salt was on higher side. The other curry served was having corn but we didn't feel it was fresh as it was bit hard to chew and taste was not so good. 5.i felt like it was my duty to remind them to plz serve this item as it's in menu they were not aware only. papad and spoon. 6.later Dal was served but seriously worse taste with salt on higher side.

Now after this at the end Lady Manager said I well get replace if u want they said. After waiting soo long for Main course now we need to wait more 15 min. We said no. Our full mood and excitement was gone after have such response and food and more over we travelled 12km for Pind specially Simmenchery Branch.

We didn't even had Desert after all this. But they have no courtesy even to ask should we pack Desert for you.

Concerned Team you charge 699 + tax for Buffet and we were 2 person . Now you tell me it's seriously worth the food and service you provided yesterday. Upon that when I asked for bill you give 10 % of discount on Total bill. Dont you fell shame on it. This is how you treat ur customer.

Worse part was food got wasted.

As a very very Regular Customer I Very Much ashamed with food you served, service you gave, the attitude you maintained, and also brought the bill with 10% discount.

Trust me from past 4 to 5 times ur food quality is degrading and I have informed always but no action is...

I have been to this place quite few times before and also Recommended to my friends and family... Best restaurant in around this place. However, my yesterday evening experience wasn't that great with regards to food... I had asked for less spicy, received normal spicy food (prior to this they have always taken the suggestions and served as per customer demand)... then they gave Lassi complimentary... however this was then added to the bill (😜)...Food preparation is really good here, however now the standards are lowering... We had ordered patiayala paneer, butter roti & pind special noodles. Paneer: few Pieces of paneer were really soft and silky but they had also added few stale Pieces which were lk rubber to cut off and tasteless, Rotis: butter rotis were of maida and chewy, not soft and hardly any butter on it.. Noodles: Noodles had nothing special, infact the veggies were almost not there or missing ( previously when we had this, it was one of the best dishes we had)... This has never been the case prior to this... looks like now customers are being taken for granted...😬 Once the standards are set they should try and atleast maintain the standards if cant elevate...

I am not taking out my previous experience of Pind... still love this place as north Indians have hardly good restaurants around this place.

I have had best experience visiting this restaurant... Very good food, I ordered less spicy food and first time ever since I came to Chennai I got food served the way I wanted... Loved it... Service is great so is the ambience great... Recommended to my friends and...
