Eatery in Four points is a not a restaurant for Group Dinners. It just has a small Kitchen and Buffet prepared primarily for the guests who stay in the Hotel. Considering the Sheraton Brand I opted for a family dinner
They had only 2 staff members who took orders and out of which only one was active. After looking at the size of our team he had no clue where to start, where to end and how to take orders Time: It took more than 45 mins for the first Soup order to get delivered and around 50 mins to one hour for the starters to arrive. They have a small Kitchen and cannot serve for 4 members or more very quickly The Non Vegetarian food was not up to the mark and considering the time taken the food was not even hot. Biryani was below Par and so was Tandoori Chicken Air conditioning was pathetic and I had to ask the people out there twice to increase the Ambient temperature so that we could breathe
Overall a worst experience for us and embarrassment for me as the host as I had organized the party. Think ten times before you...

There wasn’t pizza, pasta, any continental food; half the options wiped out. We settled on paneer butter masala and garlic naan .
The paneer butter masala was not sweet at all, it just tasted like some random gravy with salt and pepper. The naan tasted fine —descent—. I also ordered soup and it was very spicy. So they changed it, but still it didn’t taste good. When we received the bill it was written paneer makhani instead of paneer butter masala
Service was good despite being late. We were the only customers there. Music was not there at all, so we ate in silence.
This is just an honest review. We were never expecting this when we walked through the doors. Decide carefully before eating here and make sure you confirm with...
Read moreWorst behavior by staff spoiling the star hotel name. Missing the very basic courtesy of customer service. Understaffed is the blanket under which everyone hid, when we were highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the time taken to taste our first dish and the follow ups we need to do for each meal after that. The staff and management needs to eat in a simple restaurant like Murugan Idly Shop to learn some basics and how they treat their customer and service...
