New Ramakrishna lunch home, Ramkrishna Bhavan — Restaurant in Zone 5 Royapuram

Hi... I visited this hotel today for my lunch. I still wonder does this place called hotel?? Very very bad food. One food has double salt and other has no salt. And cauliflower not even cooked. I seriously wonder how much does a cauliflower take to get cooked? Does anyone have any idea. It hardly takes 5 mints and I was served with un cooked cauliflower. Seriously no words to say. Even now I don't wish to complain but am doing so because I expect the management to take this issue seriously. Since because this hotel is located just opposite to Madras high court, people come here with lot of tension and hungry. So they may not feel to express their concern. Please take this issue seriously. Am sorry if I had said anything...

Mushroom Biryani was so good! Almost no wait time, Meals were decent nothing too special, nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately Everywhere, a good biryani is a spicy briyani which sucks.. but here it is mild spice.

Poor maintenance and hygiene. Mediocre service and food. It is considerably below the standards of the average, decent urban-Indian traditional vegetarian restaurant, but the price isn't. Typical, eh? I remember visiting this place 20 years ago and it was better—much better compared to what it is now.

Bottom Line/Bum Crack: AVOID. The 2 stars I've given it are for some evidence of religious tolerance and because, sadly, as bad as it may be, it's quite likely not the absolute worst you can...
