In this video we will see Kaja Bhai's well-known authentic specialties It sounds like you’re talking about a video that features a popular food joint or street food spot, "Khaja Bhai," known for its signature dishes like Mutton Paaya and 3 AM Biryani.
Here’s a breakdown of what each of those dishes likely refers to:
Khaja Bhai Mutton Paaya: "Mutton Paaya" is a traditional dish made from goat’s leg (paaya) cooked with mutton. It’s a rich, flavorful stew that’s slow-cooked with spices, giving it a thick, hearty texture. Paaya is often enjoyed with naan or rice, and it’s a popular dish in various parts of India, especially in Hyderabad and parts of Tamil Nadu. "Khaja Bhai" could be the name of a restaurant or a street food vendor that specializes in this delicacy.
3 AM Biryani: "3 AM Biryani" is likely a quirky name for a late-night or early-morning biryani. Biryani is a famous rice dish made with spices, meat, and rice, and it's a beloved comfort food in many parts of India. The "3 AM" reference likely suggests that the biryani is available at late hours—perfect for night owls or people who crave biryani after a late-night out. It could also imply that it’s particularly special or sought after at that hour, giving it a bit of a legendary or iconic status.
This kind of video is probably showcasing the food at Khaja Bhai's place, highlighting these two dishes and maybe giving a glimpse into the late-night food culture, where places like these often become a hotspot for food lovers. It might show how the mutton paaya is made or served, and how people enjoy biryani at 3 AM!

Read moreIt's hype made me go there at 0800 in the morning travelling 12 kms. Looking at the crowd I thought Wow...and that's it there ended everything. It's utter chaos for everything. We pay money to buy things ...but people were behaving as if the food was for free. Whatever I asked was not available. I ordered what was available and it was some kushka and it took one hour to get it....and when I reached some they said ordered 9 packets were in the bag but there was only seven packets. I dont understand why they should cheat. Parotta was not cooked well. And the chops was only a better substitute for salna .The outer part of parotta gets burnt soon as they cook in high flame and the center was chewy and uncooked.ii was one of the most unhygienic places one can find...still I bought thinking that it would taste good. I chose to go after seeing irfans vlog and I don't know if I would believe irfans vlog ever ahead...worst experience....spent so much time and money...

I tried Mutton Paya+Mutton Chops+2 plain parrota = 310/- . Value for money isn't there and the gravy taste is also below average, you don't get to feel the succulent taste.
They are just selling the name that they earned in the past several years or earlier generation.
As a Foodie, i wanted to try out this place, trust me, there are better places in Chennai, near perambur, periyamedu, if you want to try out good Mutton Paya, that fills you up...
