MARINA PALACE — Hotel in Zone 9 Teynampet

We stayed here for 2 days. Rooms were ok not that spacious for the amount charged. One of the person’s behaviour was so bad towards us. It was me and my husband who took the rooms and the way he treated was as if we were some unmarried couples who had come to play around. That man was sitting at the counter and the way he stares at you was awkward. We decided to stay here after seeing the google reviews, but I strongly feel all those are paid reviews. Would never recommend this hotel for any married couples (without kids) to stay here. Very worst hotel in entire chennai, management very poor.I stayed inthis hotel 2days with my family, room service not good,while checkout they are asking extra money for silly reasons like little curry drop felt in the bed sheet, for that one he asked 550/- for purchasing new one, that bedsheet also not new one, that is very old bedsheet until and unless to paid that amount he is very tortured us... Good place for a short stay, make sure to check the rooms as most of them have bad network connection, and the plugs are not as per the charging cords you have for your, phone, hair dryer, iron etc. We asked for an extension so we got a multiple plug, so it was fine but again we had to charge our phones one by one. It's time consuming. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was good for the shower.
