Its a century where desserts have become a must in every meal and Chennai has recently become the go to place for kulfi lovers. Every area offers kulfi shops where people can enjoy variety of kulfis with their loved ones. We'l all said and done, have you ever heard of people standing in queues for a single Kulfi. Yes folks NAGARAJ KULFI is a not a shop, it's not an expensive restaurant for deserts, well infact it's not even a place. The name indicates the person who is selling the kulfi. If u ever come to Marina beach on a weekday evening for a walk at around 7 to 8 pm and suddenly u find around hundred people standing in a group around a small three wheeler bicycle, that has to be Nagaraj Kulfi. Exactly opposite to Avvai Shanmugham Salai, inside the Marina beach premises u will fine one of the tastiest kulfis in Chennai. The most beautiful part is one has to wait around 15 to 20 mins to get a single Kulfi because of the people lining in queue for their turn. The kulfi costs just 30 bugs, but the taste is delicious. Every bite of the kulfi will surely have nuts and chocolate. The place is so famous that Nagaraj kulfi itself is a brand and the person goes to receptions and weddings for delivering deserts for the guests. Its a historical place and the kulfi lovers love it. Every day is a new flavour in kulfi and every bite is awesome. If u fancy eating a kulfi, do not go to expensive desert restaurants or coffee shops, instead come to the Marina, buy a kulfi from Nagaraj, take a walk inside the beach with Ur partner, there's nothing more memorable than that. Give your taste buds the real flavour of kulfi with...

Marina Kulfi, a beloved treat enjoyed by visitors to Marina Beach in Chennai, is renowned for its creamy texture and rich flavor. To elevate this delicious dessert and make it even more awesome, consider adding a variety of premium ingredients and maintaining high-quality standards.

Starting with the base kulfi mixture, incorporating high-quality milk sourced from local dairy farms can enhance the richness and creaminess of the dessert. Additionally, using natural flavors and ingredients, such as saffron, cardamom, or pistachios, can impart a distinct and indulgent taste to the kulfi.

For added texture and flavor, consider incorporating chunks of nuts or fruits into the kulfi mixture. Almonds, cashews, and pistachios can provide a satisfying crunch, while fruits like mango or strawberry can introduce a refreshing and fruity sweetness.

Furthermore, paying attention to the freezing process is crucial to achieving the perfect kulfi consistency. Slow freezing allows the flavors to meld together and creates a smooth, creamy texture that melts in the mouth.

To maintain quality, ensure that the kulfi is prepared and stored in hygienic conditions, using clean equipment and fresh ingredients. Additionally, offering personalized touches such as decorative garnishes or serving options can enhance the presentation and overall experience for customers.

In summary, Marina Kulfi can be made even more awesome by incorporating premium ingredients, maintaining high-quality standards, and paying attention to detail in both preparation and...

If you're visiting Marina Beach in Chennai, a stop at Marina Nagaraj Kulfi is a must. This humble kulfi stall has garnered a reputation for serving some of the best kulfis in the city, and after trying them, I can see why.

The menu is straightforward, offering two main flavors: Mango and Malai. The Mango Kulfi is rich and creamy, capturing the essence of ripe mangoes in every bite. It's a refreshing treat, especially on a warm evening by the beach. The Malai Kulfi, on the other hand, is dense and indulgent, with a perfect balance of sweetness and the nutty undertones of traditional Indian desserts.

What sets Marina Nagaraj Kulfi apart is the authenticity and consistency of their offerings. Despite the simplicity, each kulfi is crafted with care, ensuring a delightful experience every time. The prices are reasonable, making it accessible for everyone to enjoy a quality dessert without burning a hole in the pocket.

The stall operates from around 7:30 PM to 1:30 AM, making it a popular spot for both locals and tourists looking for a late-night sweet fix. The service is quick, and the staff is friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

In conclusion, Marina Nagaraj Kulfi lives up to the hype. Whether you're a kulfi aficionado or someone looking to try it for the first time, this place won't disappoint. It's a delightful blend of tradition, taste, and...

If you're around Marina Beach, *Nagaraj Kulfi* is an absolute must-try! They offer just two types of kulfi—*Original Badam Kulfi* and *Mango Kulfi*—but each is a treat in its own right. The *Original Badam Kulfi* is fantastic. It comes loaded with a delightful mix of flavors and textures, including a piece of Dairy Milk chocolate, badam (almonds), cashews, and raisins. Every bite is rich and creamy, and it brings a classic taste that reminds me why this is such a crowd favorite. On the other hand, the *Mango Kulfi* is a burst of fresh, natural mango flavor! Instead of chocolate, it’s paired with pure mango pulp, which gives it a tremendously refreshing and fruity taste. It's like eating a ripe, juicy mango in frozen form, and it's perfect for mango lovers. Definitely worth every rupee! The ambiance here is hard to beat—you're right by Marina Beach, with the waves and sea breeze adding to the experience. Service is generally great, though it can vary depending on the crowd. They start serving around 7:15 pm daily, so timing is key if you want to avoid the rush. Overall, excellent value for money and an unmissable stop for dessert!

As of August 2025, Marina Nagaraj Kulfi has three flavors – Malai (₹50), Mango (₹60), and Chocolate (₹70). The Malai flavor is the best and truly gives the authentic kulfi taste. But the price feels too high for the small size – ₹50 is not really worth it, maybe ₹30–₹40 would be fair. Both Mango and Chocolate flavors do not give the feel of eating kulfi, only the Malai flavor gives that real kulfi experience. I’m actually a big chocolate lover, but I didn’t enjoy the chocolate kulfi here – it tasted more like chocolate ice cream than kulfi. Also, the chocolate sauce topping doesn’t suit – plain kulfi tastes much better. Overall, good for malai kulfi lovers but not worth it for the other flavors.
