Northeast Multi Kitchen — Restaurant in Zone 9 Teynampet

I try to visit north eastern restaurants whenever i visit big cities. So far i liked this one the most. Mainly because they have not tried to modify their menu for the non NE people and the smell and taste felt authentic. There was also a small shop very next to it selling smoked meat, stinky beans, king chilly, pickle etc. Prices felt reasonable and i had sticky rice and Pork curry with axone for 320 rupees. They had Thali meals which were priced at 500+. Considering they bring products from NE i would not complain, also there are lot of items for one to try at different prices. Before i visited the place , i had read reviews and some of them were really rude. As i understood this is a place for North easterners who miss their traditional food and others who have complaints about the food and smell, simply need not go. Also about the hospitality, when i went there , it was around two and i was the only one customer, they served the food and they let me eat peacefully without any intrusion , water, spoons, tissues everything was right next to me. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since its opening and have always appreciated the quality of food, which has consistently been top-notch. However, I have noticed a significant decline in overall experience recently.

The frequent change of staff has impacted the service quality. The current staff appears inexperienced and lacks attentiveness. Additionally, the air conditioning seems to function selectively, depending on the type of customers, which is highly unprofessional. Service is inconsistent and seems biased, which is disappointing.

Another major concern is the unavailability of many items listed on the menu. This not only limits choices but also affects the dining experience.
