PLUTOS RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Zone 9 Teynampet

Worst attitude from a lady employee from this Restaurant. Today i went here with my team, we spent more than hours and billed 2600 and above.At the same time from my office other 7members team and 3members team also having from near by tables. After finished the starters and main foods we ordered 4 faloodas and we got it after 15mnts, we are their more than 9peoples so we ordered again 4 faloodas, that time a lady in that floor she told it will take 10mnts, we accepted and waited more than 15mnts and we asked her regarding the order, she directly telling she is not interested to give that order we asked why you can't, she is not responded and directly she prepared my bill. Here we people's are waiting for the falooda order but she directly prepared the bill without my knowledge. I want to know who given rights this lady to close my order and how she directly tell not interested to give the ordered product, she is insulted me infront of my team. After that insult some other guy came and replaced with ice cream and sort outed that issue.

Nice place to visit with family and friends. Everything budget friendly. Chicken and mutton biriyani are really very tasty 😋 I loved it 😍 Indian, tandoori, chinese cuisines are available. Fully AC. Nice ambience. Not in main road, but inside a small street opp to an apartment. They fix golden lights inside the restaurant gives pleasant cool for eyes. Accepting birthday parties here. They are accepting birthday cakes from outside to cut inside the restaurant (Accepting only in few restaurants). Service is good. They keep the place so neat. Refreshing smell inside restaurant. Restroom available and neat & clean. Multi cuisine restaurant. Shawarma available 60 for normal and 85 for special shawarma. Open till 3am. I never seen such a worst attitude lady in a restaurant , i went for treat with a team of 12 members but she spoke against my team member who had gone to the same restaurant last time due to her attitude they wrote a review on her attitude she asked him about that , I replied that I have taken them for a treat , she speaks if I am in that stage I will not come to the restaurant at all but he came , then I asked whether u want us to have lunch here r not she keep on saying the same..so I informed to stop the conversation without stopping she is insulting us again , really went with a jolly mind but due to her way of speech got irritated and I took my team out from the restaurant for worst performance of that lady who is in-charge there.

Manager kindly take note to this are u will face only loss of her attitude...if every one face the same , This is 2nd time I noticing her activities....REALLY...
