If you are after an authentic babi guling experience this is your place. A bit out of town, this roadside establishment might not have a fancy fit out, but it feels like a place where the locals go to enjoy this Balinese favorite. Didn't see a menu, but didn't need one. "2? Spicy?" was the only thing that was asked of us. I like things pretty spicy but we decided to be a bit cautious and requested medium. I'm glad we did as even this was pretty hot.
The meat was tender and delicious, the crackling crispy, and the accoutrements plentiful. Free bags of extra crackling were piled high on every table, which we promptly tucked in to.
