The bagels are great and I am there regularly. The staff are friendly but there are two things that the owners need to improve:

1. The staff never wear gloves. I wouldn't think much of it in a clean kitchen environment but here, on occasion, I've seen things like the staff picking up something from the floor or even once munching on something (with fingers in their mouth) then going straight to grabbing and preparing bagels for customers. That is bad! Please start using gloves.

2. They advertise on a big board outside that free juice is included with every purchase of a bagel but when placing the order at the counter, 9 out of 10 times, they never offer it unless you specifically ask for it. A bit awkward and annoying to have to remind them each time. The only exception is one of the girls (lighter hair, think the owner?) who never forgets and offers. Why advertise that if you are not going to offer it without the customer having to remind you each time?

If they can improve on these two things, I'd be happy to give a higher rating next time because the bagels are indeed...

Omggg I order via Gojek and I was impressed by the taste so I decided to go in person one day .

It’s disgusting 🤢 the working conditions . -flys everywhere on surfaces -roaches near the main dinning area -messy spills and cross contamination -they don’t use gloves or wash their hands -careless attitude Thankfully I went in person ! and it’s so unsanitary! Go see for yourself the oils they use , everything 🤮🤮🤮🤮. They use their own hands and they didn’t wash once. Also they acted like they didn’t understand me 😡when I said there’s a roach are you going to kill it? They started to try to kill it because I decided to take pictures.

They could care less !

For a $4-5 bagel this is definitely not worth it. Never again .
