Bread Basket Bakery - Kerobokan Bali — Restaurant in Bali

I don’t know what’s wrong with the waitress, but the service is just awful. We were in rush, and asked how much time is needed for cook, waitress said 12 min, ok. So in 20 min only 1 person got an order, and second person got nothing. After 10 more minutes we asked where is our second order (we order beef burger), and she answered- oh we don’t have beef burger, I told you about it (no she didn’t). if that was true, why didn't she offer to change another dish? The results- my friend full of hunger and angrier went to work, without having a breakfast. our first impression was unfortunately ruined. I suggest owner train your staff to work more professionally...

F&B: My go to restaurant for a bagel, they let you customize your own bagel so that's a plus. Their recommended bagel would be a smoked salmon bagel which comes with a side salad or fries.

Place: Clean, comfy and quiet. Indoor and outdoor spaces are available. Wifi is available, so you can do your work here.

Service: Good. Waiters were friendly and helpful.

Price: Reasonable. Depends on what you're having. The smoked salmon bagel costs around 90K but a regular bagel should be...

I am customer of them for a while and the bread is oke! But its really frustrating as soon as they have high demand on a product they directly increases their prizes! For example last month on their location at frestive (sunset road) they increased all their prizes with 20%!! Thats really unacceptable, also quality is not getting better! More friends have noticed this strange price strategy of breadbasket over the years..! One advice think of your returning customers and not only about making as much money as you can without investing in quality or staff!! In this way returning customers will stay away and will looking to cheaper...
