Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bali

Saya delivery dari domino's sini, tapi nggak professional banget. Setengah jalan orang yang delivery telepon katanya ga bisa antar karena arahnya ga pas, padahal alamat sejak awal sudah tertera sangat jelas. Mas yang antar suruh saya ambil pakai go-jek di domino's seminyak. Gara-gara itu saya harus keluar kocek tambahan Rp8.000,- untuk biaya delivery. Selain itu, yang bikin keadaan tambah parah adalah begitu sampai dan dicek makanannya nggak lengkap. Saya pesan 2 cheese dipping sauce, harga total sekitar Rp7.000,- dan sudah dibayarkan (ada di dalam struk) tapi saya nggak dapat. Saya coba tanya ke domino's tapi katanya sudah ditaruh di dalam box pizza. Tapi yang ada di dalam box pizza itu mayonnaise. Orang dari domino's berdalih yang putih itu dipping saucenya, tapi sejak kapan cheese dipping sauce warna putih dan rasanya seperti mayonnaise? Saya nggak akan belanja lagi disini.

I delivery ordered from this branch, they are totally not professional. The delivery man called me halfway through the delivery (like he was in the middle of the road, just about 2km from where I was), saying that he couldn't send my order to my area even when my address was written clearly and very detailed. He told me to get a go-jek to take my food from the store, hence I have to pay an extra Rp8000,- for the go-jek delivery guy. To make things worse, I ordered 2 cheese dipping sauce for about Rp7000,- total and the sauce was not there. I called the store and they said that the sauce is in the pizza box. But then the sauce inside the pizza box is clearly white, which I assumed to be mayonnaise. I decided to try it out first but it only makes me much more certain that it's mayonnaise, not the cheese dipping sauce that I ordered and paid for. When I asked, they still claim that that white thing is cheese dipping sauce. Will never buy anything from this...

Worst delivery time. Do not use domino's application. Infuriating. It said that in the app, the pizza already sent and received, but we didn't receiveit yet!!! So we got confused and try to call the cust service, but it just useless, no answer. And then we decided to go to the domino's instead, anddd dang! The driver from domino texted us and asked for the location, they said they were on the way. WHY YOU GUYS SAID IN THE APPLICATION IS RECEIVED AND ENJOY THE MEAL. And when we asked why in the app it said already received? The driver just answer very light that is bcs they run late for the delivery time and the driver said it's 15 mins different so is okay. WHY THE HECK HE SAID IS OKAY!!! We confused about our food that said it received, we thought the driver sent it to other people. That was very unpleasant. And hey, I don't think I need to email this to your cust service. Just read this and fix the managrment of delivery time. If you guys busy there, just tell the customer that you guys running a bit late or late and say sorry for the inconvinience. I'm sorry for being so mad in...

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We placed an order for a delivery yesterday at 8:27pm and by 10:00 we still hadn’t received the food. I called them and was left on queue on the phone for over 10min then I contacted the delivery several times during that hour and a half and the response I got was that it was on the way, bear in mind we were only 9min away on a motorbike. By 10:00pm we were already very hungry so we decide to go to the actual restaurant (it’s obvious to say that If you order delivery it’s because you don’t want to leave the house or in some cases are unable to do so). When we arrived there and showed the receipt and confirmation order they just said ‘sorry we didn’t see your order’..... As there is a sign on the door that says you get a FREE pizza if you wait OVER 30minutes for your order we were expecting some kind of retribution for the terrible service we had received. This never happened. We had to pay full price after waiting OVER 2 hours for our order, had to drive there and endure some really rude staff responses. Will never order pizza...
