Habitual Quench & Feed — Restaurant in Bali

Sandy, Astrid and their team are doing a fantastic job. Everything I have eaten there has been absolutely top notch. The only problem with that, is that the predisposition to revisit the last wonderful dish, makes it difficult to stretch out and try something else! World class comfort food in an unpretentious and comfortable setting. They tend to be pretty busy at lunch time, so good to get there a little before the rush. It is not CHEAP, nor should it be, given how absolutely outstanding everything is and how attentive they are to the details. Nasi Bungkus IS cheap, and available everywhere. I can't resist watching them prepare the food, as they are so obviously on top of it, and love what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Did somebody say Steak and Eggs? Strange how the great majority of them, are not selfies, but are pictures taken by folks who can't believe what has been set before them? What does that tell ya? I am not a burger fan but I will certainly eat a burger from here. The best or nothing.

My husband and I were brought here as he found they had a Quarter Pounder burger which he had to find out if it was in fact like the one from the big fast food chain. Obviously better by a mile with the quality of the bun and ingredients in addition to the size.

I have ordered the same breaded dory fish sandwich (presented like a burger) every time. Like a soft and tartar saucy bite to the finish. Real piece of whole fish used.

The frites are thinner than the shoelace type and thicker than fried potato shavings. Could come just to eat baskets of these.

The last time we came my husband was considering the steak and egg due to the price but enthused that he tried. Unique offering with a nest of fried hashbrown with juicy tender steak laid on top. Haven't seen anything like this around.

Clean, cool and comfortable inside. The toilet is outside and could use some reno to bring it to a similar standard of the interior of the restaurant and offerings...

Unquestionably the best burger-serving place in Bali. First things first, I grabbed one of those slender french fries to fire up my appetite as soon as my order is delivered and WHAM unconsciously I've fallen for the Selenium containing french fries. Now, I'm very certain that the burger will be something outta this world. And yet, after landing my first bite, I still cannot contain the greatness! The patty is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The house sauce is light to the taste bud but makes you impatient for your next bite. It simply just completes the masterpiece! Habitual easily has taken the burger game in Bali to the higher level like never...
