Mr.Egg | Umalas — Restaurant in Bali

Today I visited Mister Egg Café for the first time, and unfortunately, it was probably one of the most disappointing and strange experiences I’ve had. When I arrived, the café was empty. I ordered a well-done omelette with cream cheese and a few other ingredients. I waited for about 30 minutes before I had to remind the staff about my order — and when it finally came, it wasn’t what I ordered at all. They had to redo it, which took another 10 minutes.

The food tasted very unpleasant — the eggs had a strange flavor and everything was cold. I ended up paying 150K IDR, which felt quite overpriced given the quality.

Inside the café, there were many delivery drivers waiting around, which added to the chaotic atmosphere.

Disappointed to say the least…. Ordered from this restaurant few days ago delivered by gojek food was great Thought I’d give it another go considering how great the burger was the first time Not only was my order delayed by 1 hour but I am all the way in Kuta When my order got here they forgot to put in 4 hasbrowns instead I only revived 2 and I’ve just paid for 4 Not to mention this isn’t a cheap place to go nor to have it delivered

So to wait over an hour then to see they left some of my order out was annoying. Also the burger was slapped together all soggy when it finally arrived Instead of wrapping it in paper you should put them in boxes to prevent that from happening

Other than that this place has the best sausage...

The food is very tasty here, so I hope this serves as constructive criticism for the owner.

My girlfriend has allergies to Gluten & Lactose, so she asks the staff to remove the feta and asked if they could replace it with something else, that said that would be an extra charge, which is a joke considering feta it the most expensive part of the dish.

She then asked if the eggs could be scrambled instead of poached, which the chef also said one be an extra charge.

The dishes are already expensive, and the coffee is expensive. But as I said the food is very tasty and they have some nice offers on now but the attitude towards accommodating people who need changes is pretty bad.
