Koin Cafe — Restaurant in Bali

I am surprised about high score. I am in love with most of Canggu cafe, but here so many downsides. The only nice thing is interior. The rest I would improve So many flys. They are so annoying. And they are everywhere. When coming - I was not welcomed, no "hi", no help with menu. was asking for menu myself- then been said scan on table (usually in cafes they point you on that) When I've asked to clean a table - been asked to wait (despite fact there were not a lot of people), cleaned myself in the result In general stuff is slow and not caring about you. Food was not good. Strange healthy breakfast - pesto touch to eggs and sauted spinat was strange Smoothie bowl - little bit of granola and not the best one Mango juice not tasty

The only good thing is coffee :) this one was good in a nice cup. And place is chill, but near the road - cars and bikes...

Я и мой муж являемся постоянными гостями этого кафе. Нам все очень нравилось до сегодняшнего дня. Сегодня 12.01.24 утром я заказала завтрак Dragon bowl . В него входит гранола а точнее семечка от попкорн. Я сломала жевательный зуб об этот ингредиент. У меня началась адская боль . Мой муж и я тут же попросили позвать менеджера, директора или владельца, что бы решить эту проблему. К большому сожалению часть зуба я проглотила . Подошли 2 менеджера и начали смеяться нам в лицо и говорить сделайте узи живота что бы доказать что вы сегодня сломали здесь зуб. Они снимали нас на камеру и смеялись. Потом подошёл владелец и сказал высевать полицию , мой муж отказался но я согласилась ждать полицейских. Полицию никто не вызывал. После этого жуткой ситуации владелец подошел к столу других гостей и начал обсуждать с ними меня . Он говорил этим посторонним людям что я обманываю его и хочу получить деньги от него. Я не хочу и не хотела денег я хотела вернуть свой зуб.

My husband and I are regular guests of this cafe. We really enjoyed everything until today. Today 01/12/24 in the morning I ordered Dragon bowl breakfast. It contains granola, or rather popcorn seeds. I broke my chewing tooth on this ingredient. I started having hellish pain. My husband and I immediately asked to call the manager, director or owner to solve this problem. Unfortunately, I swallowed part of the tooth. 2 managers came up and started laughing in our faces and telling us to do an ultrasound of the abdomen to prove that you broke a tooth here today. They filmed us and laughed. Then the owner came up and told the police to show up, my husband refused, but I agreed to wait for the police. Nobody called the police. After this terrible situation, the owner approached the table of other guests and began to discuss me with them. He told these strangers that I was deceiving him and wanted to get money from him. I don’t want and didn’t want money, I wanted...

When we arrived here last night there were only 2 tables occupied, which didn't look very promising but we wanted something quick, healthy and small portion to eat. It was really good a choice. Our dishes were delicious, fresh and the service was fast and friendly. The portions were perhaps a bit on the small side for a large appetite, but then you could easily take an extra dish.
