Kopitoko Umalas — Restaurant in Bali

There are so many flies in this cafe that you can't eat and sit in peace, all the time the flies are inside or outside the cafe which is very annoying. The management of this cafe is totally ok with having so many flies around but for me it's totally not comfortable to eat around one million flies, they can use fly spray, traps or machine, even fly rackets but the staff and management are totally fine with so many Flys around. The staff is really good and food is also good but I would not like to visit this place again because...

The sandwich no doubt is good!!! The coffee though kind of weak. Not bad. But a bit of improvement will do magic.

Maybe because i was asking to the cashier guy, he might not be a barista. But his coffee knowledge needs to be refreshed. He's polite and helpful though.

The place is actually cozy and relaxing to hang out at. But there's just not enough seatings inside. While the outside only powered by a fan. So still sweat producing environment.

I will certainly be back here again....

Unfortunately this place is average and Bali has so many good options. It's a bit overpriced for what you get and the place. The food (chicken) is frozen, not freshly prepared. Still tasted okay, but not great. I've had better coffee in cheaper places. The staff looks a bit too busy with their phone, instead of cleaning up our table.

I like to support local businesses, but also want people to know what they can expect and make a well...
