Sobas Sweets — Restaurant in Bali

TL;DR Whatever you may call them, pralines, chocolates or bon bons if you’re fancy, make sure you get them HERE. I was in Bali for 9 days, and 7 of those days I had to stop here to get my sweet tooth fix. What happened to the other 2 days you may ask? I only found them on the second day, and they were unfortunately closed for Christmas. Otherwise, I would’ve been here every single day. You truly don’t understand the chokehold these bloody delicious handcrafted chocolates have on me. Two words, ENAK GILAAAAAAAAAAA 🤪

Chocolate tempered so well, you could see your own reflection in them. Every one of these flavours have been immaculate. Favorites include the Baileys crunch, passion fruit, espresso, speculoos, strawberry milkshake, earl grey and cookies & cream. From creamy to fruity, there is a flavor for everyone.

Over the course of 9 days, I spent over SGD$100 and it was worth every penny. So many flavours, all unique and absolutely intensely delicious. My mouth still salivates writing this. And I will be back!

Not to mention, I had the pleasure of meeting the very warm owner who mentioned that this little shop was delightfully and very lovingly named after his twins. And to Yulia, my cheerful friend, thank you for your hospitality. You always laughed as I returned daily but never once with judgement. Hahaha! Terima kasih banyak. While I’m glad I got to lug 2 big boxes home, I still wished Sobas Sweets carried even bigger boxes lol!

Can’t wait to return to Bali, and I am absolutely ecstatic for Sobas Sweets to do my wedding favors this September. Thank you again, you’ve made my time in Bali truly sweet. Sampai jumpa lagi! ♥️

Nice little coffee shoo with tasty sweets. The coffee is nicely priced , 30k for a latte, nett. It doesn't seat many inside but usually it's not filled so you should get a seat. I've tried the cookies and pastries and they are pretty good , have not tried any of the chocolate truffles though I'm told they are a specialty of this place. I'm just not a big chocolate lover.
