Amazing Sushi Experience at Kunti III! I had an incredible dining experience at Sushi Bar Kunti III! The location is super convenient, right on the main road, so it’s easy to find. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a fresh, clean scent that instantly makes the place feel inviting and comfortable. The food? Absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The sushi was top notch especially the salmon aburi and tuna rolls. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in presentation. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with menu recommendations and quick service. It made the whole experience even better. The restaurant is spacious and perfect for families, with a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. There’s also a private room for more intimate gatherings and a large parking area, which is a huge plus in this area! As a loyal customer who frequented the establishment almost daily, spending around 400-500k Rp each visit, I have been disheartened by the handling of interactions between guests. I've encountered discomfort due to other patrons issuing unwarranted directives like “you should not walk here” or “you should not sit and work at this table.” Regrettably, the staff's approach to these situations has been to relay such demands without seeking a harmonious resolution. This is a note to the owner. We come here often and noticed a Sunday family special with a 15% discount and Free gelati for the kids ,we didn't notice that you needed to make a reservation until we arrived so mentioned the family Sunday. When we asked for the bill we were told that because we didn't make the reservation there was no discount. It's not that much money and the place is great but it was really, really disappointing and a good lesson in how to make a customer feel unappreciated by wriggling out of a deal on a technicality instead of seeing a chance to show appreciation, we'll be back but I think I'll have a break for a while so we spend much more somewhere elsethan we would have saved with the discount, who knows, now that you've motivated us, we may even discover a new favorite...
