Briocherie Bali — Restaurant in Bali

Had an early morning breakfast here to start off the day. Here are some first thoughts: the place was cozy and nice. Again, as in most bali places, parking space is a premium. Either walk, bike or get a grab or GOJEK to get you there. it was a nice environment and a perfect way to get intimate with friends and family

I ordered the sourdough omelette with a glass of orange blast.

1. the sourdough omelette was nice. The crust was good and the inside of the bread was a nice texture. I enjoyed the omelette mix and it was not too salty. Perfectly blending well with the bread. The only comment I had was some part of the toasted sourdough was overdone, so perhaps there could be some improvement on that.

2. the orange blast was freshly squeezed with local orange. Nice refreshing zesty taste.

3. I also had a brioche. It was a nice quick bite. The butter used for the Brioche was also aromatic. While the texture is definitely not top of the line, it was still good enough and had a more Indonesian bread texture.

Overall I enjoyed the meal but what made it 5 star for me was the ambience and...

A cute little cafe to enjoy your morning coffee and brioche. This place is new, so it’s still mostly empty. A good place to work since it’s very quiet and has relaxing atmosphere. The brioche was reaaally soft and buttery. Love it 😍 I tried their chocolate and cheese brioche. They’re both delicious, but the choccy one tastes better imo :) had an iced latte alongside with the brioche, and it was good, zero complaints. Staff were all nice, friendly, and polite. Wifi sometimes doesn’t wanna connect to your phone (on-off connection), but with my Macbook it connects just fine. Oh and they have this All-Day Special package of 2 brioches + 1 coffee (any kind) for only 50k. Good deal...

Owner is my dad and mom's friend who relocated to Bali. Was told about the cafe and decided to try it out when I am staying near Canggu area.

Unfortunately I didn't manage to visit the cafe, but I am still able to order using Gojek. It was delivered quite fast in less than 30mins.

I ordered Buni Berry And Say Cheese brioche with additional Challas Sandwich. All of them taste very good!

I also wasn't able to take any pic of the food since we finished the food so fast.

Will definitely drop by to the cafe another time, sukses selalu...
