Warung Ava Pizzeria — Restaurant in Bali

I have lived in this area for 5 years and often either eat in or get delivery....i have just returned home from eating at the resturant....the food was great but the service from the staff was the worst i have ever had...we asked one of the staff for coffee and she gave us a blank looked and walked away...we asked another staff member for coffee to be told the machine was broken no sorry or apology...our emplty plates were never cleared so sat with these infront of us for at least 3/4 of a hour 2 staff standing doing nothing and only 1 other table eating at this stage. ..this has left me very disappointed to the fact that i will never eat there again.. Always on a mission for a good American/Italian style pizza. This place needs to be discovered more!

Eaten so many bad pizzas in Bali. The ones where the crust taste and feel like cardboard and the ingredients are sparse.

Our family with 3 kids like the extra gooey mozza cheese Hawaiian and Pepperoni styles with a soft pliable crust.

The Family size is HUGE! We ordered 2 of them and we had massive takeaway portions which was great because we devoured them the next day and even cold and it was still yummy.

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant’s delivery service. I ordered a pizza, and to my disgust, there was a hair in it. I immediately contacted them to request a refund, as I didn’t trust their food quality anymore. Instead of refunding my money, they only offered to replace the pizza, which I didn’t want. I ended up ordering food from another restaurant, but no refund was ever issued. This is unacceptable, and their handling of the situation shows a lack of professionalism and proper customer care.
