like to share my experience regarding the Signature Breakfast and latte I ordered. Unfortunately, the overall quality was disappointing. The taste was not enjoyable, and the coffee itself was extremely bitter. Although I initially requested soy milk, then they change it for me to regular milk in case the taste it self might be from the milk. However, the main issue seemed to be the coffee beans, which had a very unpleasant taste. I would also like to clarify a misunderstanding that occurred during my order. I ordered both breakfast and coffee. When I asked the staff member if the bacon was halal, she said it wasn't. I clearly responded, “Please, without bacon,” but somehow it was understood as if I didn’t want the breakfast at all. I made it very clear that I wanted both the coffee and the breakfast, just without bacon. Despite the delay in serving, I did not complain and remained very understanding !— I understand that it's not possible to please everyone, but it is important to consider and respect the customer’s point of view. Lastly, I would like to mention that the coffee preparation at your café resembles Turkish-style brewing, and then milk is added. It seems there is no actual espresso machine, which might affect the quality of the coffee drinks. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and product quality...

If u r looking for a unique coffee experience this is the place to go to. It isn't ur typical commercial Canggu coffee shop! Sam has hit the proverbial nail on the head by offering a serene and airy environment to relax in, with its own fish pond and abundance of plants. It's contemporary design has also been inspired by Bali's rich heritage and unique culture, and provides diners with a choice of dishes put together with ingredients grown by the owners themselves. Farm to table is the term used. I didn't have the privilege of tasting these yet as I popped in early afternoon, yet I enjoyed an espresso which had a fantastically rich aroma and smooth aftertaste that stayed in my mouth for quite some time after each gulp. In addition I was offered a glass of coffee whiskey which was mild yet very tasty and did provide a little kick afterwards. Do order it, you'll love the ice cube it was served with. We recently visited this newly opened restaurant for breakfast and had a wonderful experience overall. We ordered the smoothie bowl and the Tzatziki Super Protein Bowl, and both dishes were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

The staff was very friendly, and the service was welcoming and professional. The space itself is stylish, bright, and thoughtfully designed, making it a lovely spot to enjoy a meal.

Since they are still on soft opening, we understand that some things might take time to perfect. However, we did notice a delay with the coffee. My drink was served after our food arrived, and my husband’s cappuccino came 30 minutes after we placed the order, even though only one other table was occupied.

This place has great potential, and we look forward to seeing how they improve as they settle in. We’d happily return to try more of their offerings...
