If you are looking for very authentic Javanese local food in Canggu, then this is the best option. The service, the resto, the menu, the taste, everything is authentic local! They prepare the food immediately after you decides what you want. So, you gonna have warm food! And about the taste? I am a Javanese, and I can say that their food is very authentic! My husband (he is bule), he loves the Ayam Bakar (grilled chicken) and also the mendoan (crispy fried tempe). I went here this Morning and got breakfast, i got the eggplant, potatoes, and bitter melons, with rice, the food was neutral, nothing bad about it. I got home and took a nap, and got the worst stomach pain when i woke up at around 3PM. I vomited all the food out at around 7PM, lost appetite to eat, heart burn, diarrhea, and in so much pain around the abdominal area! Its 1 AM now , and i still have the pain.

Wow, where to start. First off, this warung is a hidden gem. I'm surprised that there aren't more people that eat there. My friend introduced me to this place when I came to Canggu.
