Lagoon Grill Restaurant — Restaurant in Balikpapan

We came here to have NY lunch, we ordered spaghetti carbonara, grill chicken with rice for our mains, and as for staters we had mini bites and broccoli soup. SERVICE - Unfortunately, for a hotel standard they don’t seem to know starters should come before the main meals. So we had ALL our food on the table at the same time 😅 and what’s worse that main meals come first before our staters. 😅 FOOD - was OK nothing too special, pasta was al-dente although very little sauce. Ambience - romantic but since it’s located near a water-boom it was a bit chaotic, too many people roaming around with wet clothes and floats.. plus the main door was ALWAYS WET PRICE - it’s ok with extra 21% for...

Kondisi tgl 8 juni 2025 buat bfast sedang crowded. Namun ada beberapa keluhan yg hendak saya sampaikan. Yang pertama saya tunggu 30 menit buat dapat table, saya membawa beberapa anak-anak, mengecewakan. Yang kedua, saat antre makanan sendok habis, saya melihat pegawai resto ada yg sedang merapikan sendok, saya blg pak sendok disana habis boleh minta sendok, dia diem aja dan malahan meletakkan sendok yg dia rapikan diujung jauh. Sesusah itukah ngasi satu aja dulu.

Kalau makanan rasanya enak, tapi jd tidak mood makan setelah hal-hal...
