Hakata Ikkousha — Restaurant in Bandung City

Ramen was… not good. Would give it 5/10. Tasted very Indonesian and nothing like Japanese ramen. Ambience was so-so, backless chairs, not the most comfy. Price is relatively on the average side.

Our ramen came only 2 minutes after ordering. The only thing that was hot in the bowl was broth - noodles and all other toppings were cold, tasted so out of place and not united. We found it to be strange that the noodles also came with a bunch of other condiments: chopped chili, spicy sauce, garlic, even bawang goreng 😅 Appreciate the quick service tho.

Update: 12 hours after eating here, me and my partner both got very sick, we came down with horrible digestive problems. Ramen was definitely not fresh. Just our personal experience tho. Hope they can serve better food...

This is authentic ramen that I have ever eaten but of course in Bandung it is halal. Even though in some cities this ramen restaurant serves pork menu. It is very good service even the prices are more expensive than hakatta ikkousha on Jalan Aceh. In terms of the restaurant, it is not as big as Hakatta ikkousa on jalan aceh but it's very comfortable. There is a non-smoking area and smoking area at the outside. Food poisoning alert. My daughter and I both ordered shoyu ramen with curly medium size noodles, and standard toppings. I also got rice and gyoza. We both became very, very sick within an hour (we have only lived here a few years). Stay far away. Food is not special nor especially authentic /Japanese despite their marketing tactics of non-stop video playing trying to sell the idea that the guy who invented this brand has a secret recipe.
