Bloof Resto & Bar — Restaurant in Bandung City

After our over extended shopping spree at Rumah Mode, we finally made our way to the hotel we had booked earlier. And since it was already 8:30 pm, and we were all starving, we decided not to go elsewhere for dinner. Hence, Bloof the rooftop restaurant was the obvious solution!

There was nobody else in the restaurant at the time, except for the two charming ladies who had entertained us. The lighting was very dimmed, and we couldnt see the whole restaurant very clearly. I needed to use the table lantern to read the menu and place my order. So we had to take turns, as there was only one lantern.

I had decided to go with the Sup Buntut Goreng, which sounded quite exotic to me. My wife was so exhausted and only requested for a bowl of Mushroom Soup. Najwa had something simple, like a plate of Carbonara thinghy, while Daniel went for the Beef Wellington, which is under a special promotion.

While waiting for our foods to be prepared and served, we took time to have our pictures taken, with some help from the friendly staff. The views from the rooftop were quite spectacular, but it was a relatively dark night and we couldnt see the Bandung skyline that well.

Highly recomended resto you have to try guys. The services was so good, you will get the nice atmosphere and the food?what a Tastefully foods by super chef. The salad, pho, pasta, steak and even nasi goreng all is sooo good. I will recomend you the steak in bloof, you know why? I got info from the insider that the bloof’s chef was Gordon Ramsy’s sous chef for several years. Thats why the all steak has special taste of their own.
