what went well: the ambience is great, food is so so (not really up to expectations but not horrible), place is nice.

what didn’t: the service was so bad. Not enough to make me throw a fit or leave, but im very dissatisfied. First, they claim to be reservation-only, but when we called you need to place a down payment of 100.000 IDR to reserve. we didnt do it. We just went and they let us dine in. Second, the system is still really bad. They dont remember whose table is who’s. they almost delivered us the wrong food for someone else’s table, and then not even 5 mins later another one of them asks if we were the table of some other person. Third, when we were ordering, the waiter didnt even know how many grams the steak were. (it wasnt on the menu, 200gr btw.) The waiter did not immediately ask someone for the info either, just waited till we were like “umm? we wanna know?”. Fourth, which i forgot to mention in the beginning, no one helped us with parking. Fifth, they claimed they did have wifi but it was still groggy, but they didnt even try to give us the wifi. Fine. There’s still some smaller, equally disappointing details that i will leave out for now.

additional info: the steak was pretty good, but we asked for medium and got medium well instead, which is meh, no biggie. The fried rice with beef slices: fried rice was so bland, doesn’t even compete with street food fried rice. The beef was okay, though not enough quantity wise. The kiwi...

(17/01/22) As usual, when I mention their service, it must be either it's the best, or it's the worst, in my visit it's the best even the manager came and ask whatever I need. Venue placement although not the best since it's perplexed with the Bandung traffic it's still a noticeable place and kudos for having a good spacious parking area. It is recommended that you reserve your spot first as theor Instagram states with a minimum of IDR100K down payment (which you can reserve your menu too from this DP money). I had Nasi Goreng with Tori Katsu, my sister had Chicken Parmigiana, and my mom had Ribs (with Soup) and they all live to our expectations. The soup feels light, ribs' very tender and the sambal isn't too overpowered, though you might struggle if you're not a fan of sambal, my nasi goreng feels alright but I expect a sauce too with my tori katsu since it's a common sense to have one in any deep fried dish. I had a good fun visit, definitely will visit again sometime...

First of all, super greasy french fries. I ordered double shot Hazelnut Latte, the waiter said "We don't have espresso machine so it's not possible" then I said OK. Later what came is an Iced Americano instead. The barista came out then said "I thought you ordered a double shot" 😑 OMG PLEASE! You don't know the difference between an Iced Americano and a double shot Latte. It's like SO BASIC. and Yes, yet I still drank it because I can drink a black coffee and too lazy to complain (but after the reason behind it is sooo unreasonable.. so here I am)
