MAXX Coffee — Restaurant in Bandung City

The Pro : It's next door to Marugame, so I could eat at Marugame, and then drink and snack here while working.

AC is cold, very nice for working.

There are outdoor portion for the smokers, or for those who want warmer condition.

Parking is... enough. I'm guessing that some of the people here park somewhere else and walk here.

Drinks are pretty good. Snack Food are surprisingly good for a cafe like this. Personally I like the pastries here, compared to Starbucks

Cons : The part with sofa on both sides, are somehow always "reserved" whenever I came here.

Most chairs are hard chairs.

Toilet is only for one person at a time.

There are no info about wifi password on the table, I assume you gotta ask the staffs.

I got served wrong drink twice here. The first time I order hot drink and got the iced version. The second time I order warm tea, and got hot tea instead (Despite having emphasized that I want it warm, not hot

Staff never asks if I want the hot or cold version of the drink...teh default seems to be cold drink if I dont specifically...

I used to come here every wednesday for work because it's comfortable and quiet, staffs are friendly, and drinks taste not so bad. There are a lot of customers here, but they keep their speaking volume down and respect others. Today, however, they have their new staffs and managers gather there and have training. It's getting louder with laughters and clapping and whatever... It's so hypocrite how they talk about customer this and customer that and especially about "making customers feel comfortable in this place" while they themselves are so noisy. Maybe Maxx Coffee is too poor to rent a private place for their training, where they can shout and giggle...
