Phoenix Restaurant — Restaurant in Bandung City

I and family want to try Chinese food in Bandung, so after do some research in Google, we decided to give Phoenix Restaurant a try. I ordered 4 menus, which are:

Sapi Ca Kailan (stir-fried Chinese-Broccoli with beef) - Delicious 🤩👍🏻 Kodok Batu Goreng Saus Mentega (deep fried bullfrog with margarine sauce) - Delicious as well 🤩👍🏻 Udang Mayonaise (deep fried flour coated shrimp with mayonnaise) - So so 😀 Bistik Babi (Chinese-style pork steak, served with fried potato, boiled green beans and carrot) - So so 😀 (and for my opinion have too much flour instead of the pork meat)

In my opinion Chinese food in Bandung kinda bland, and Phoenix restaurant although serves nice Chinese food, still lack in MSG kick in my opinion 😅 (pardon my loves for MSG 😅). Also another note for you guys, when i'm visited the restaurant there's another customer whom bring their dog pet inside the restaurant 🐶 (please don't misunderstood, I really loves dog, but I also thoughts, we need to respect another customer whom visit the restaurant, whom will be disturbed and could think it's really inappropriate to bring pet inside a restaurant, except if that restaurant is pet friendly and note it in their campaign), so please if Phoenix Restaurant is indeed a pet friendly restaurant, kindly mention this on the restaurant banner or campaign so there will be no misunderstandings in the future, thanks 😊🙏🏻. Also their down point is taking a very long time to prepare the dish, so when the food comes, it's seems I don't feel that hungry anymore and already lost my interest to the food. Obviously, gotta need improvement in this area for the future 😬. Overall, for Phoenix Restaurant, i'm gonna rate them...

The food is quite nice, it is clean and not too oily/sweet/salty. The taste was also good, all of them. The food came out pretty quickly. The prices are reasonable. Expect to spend

this might just be my favourite Hakka Chinese restaurant in town! The taste is really good & the portion is VERY generous (I opt for the Medium size which is HUGE) and the price is SO affordable for the quality of the dishes they serve!

car parking might be a bit tricky but there are lots of JUKIR (parking attendant uncles) around to help you out.
