Sushi Tei — Restaurant in Bandung City

I guess service have gone from bad to worst. Staff are hardly notice guest need help. We had on a few instances not only put up our hand but ended calling out for staff to seek help or assistance. Too busy or act BUSY. On the way out I took out the receipt placed on our table and went to the cashier. Sad the system is bad that we need to wait a while the customer inftont of us sorting out her payment. That actually lead to a long queue firming up with the customer behind me getting impatient. After its our turn, the cashier ran off to verify what we had consume is exactly stated in the bill. (Do you think we are Free loader and scammers) Not worth, this pissed me off and when I presented my card for payment he insiated that I keyed in my PIN Number. I told him I do jot use a pin as this is not a local card. Instead of liatening he insisted I key in. WHAT A JOKE. it was only when the receipt churned out then he stop pestering me to key in. SUSHI TEI TSM, This is a clear insult to me and you don't even know your work flow. This will be my LAST Visit . Definitely NOT...

We had a lunch in Sushi Tei Trans Studio Mall Bandung on 5th of March 2022 and waited for not too long even though it was lunch time as the restaurant applied the current PPKM regulation at that time. All was good except the table that we had at the first time was not convenient as our side table faced big, clear and bright windows (facing to the parking area and a glass door for the online food delivery -gofood/grab food/etc-) that unfortunately made us felt uncomfortable. We believe if the restaurant have film on their windows that reduces the brightness to the restaurant, that would be ideal as all of Sushi Tei restaurants' ambience wherever we dine at, have just sufficient lighting with warm feeling and not over exposed/over bright. Beware of the long queue. Come here at 16.40 PM and get in at 18.35. Almost 2 hour queue. But, the service is great. The waiter is very friendly and they gave us a Rp 20.000 discount + free sushi + free dessert because of the long wait. All of our orders came pretty quickly except for the grilled salmon head that comes 35 minutes after ordering, but the waiter already warned that so i have no problems.
