The latest i was there on jan 30, total 4 of us, we purposely ordered only the fried chicken wings to see how long it takes to arrive. And guys! 40 mins waiting OK!! We look around and saw not many people actually. This is the 3rd time happened our orders arrived late. The worst was nasi goreng, we waited 1 hour for it and if we never called the waiter to ask, i don't think it will arrive at all. And also no apologies from the staffs. Many of the staffs are badly mannered. Is the owner of CABUCI fine with this kind of staffs and service? Extremly bad, Boss!

Cafe Bukit Cinta is a must visit in Batam! This classic, old-school cafe offers not just great food but also an incredible hilltop view. You can even see Singapore from here! I went with my mom and had the crispy garlic fried chicken. It was WOW and perfectly crispy. I can't even take the photo bcs is delicious. The atmosphere is charming, scenery makes it better. If you're in Batam, I highly reommend to check this place!
