INDOTHAI Massage — Local services in Batam City

Came here for a traditional warm aroma massage with my partner.

Place felt clean and nice.

They did not ask which oil we wanted and after some miscommunication, they assumed we wanted green tea oil and went ahead with it.

For males, they open the curtain slightly so when people walk by, they'll be able to see me inside. Although I feel this might be done to prevent and dirty acts, I feel a bit exposed especially since it's oil massage and anyone who walks past can see me.

The 2 hour massage started out great as it started off with a nice foot scrub and the masseuse had a good amount of strength when he was massaging my leg.

Before the 1 hour mark passed, my masseuse started falling asleep until the end of the session. (At some points, she literally felt asleep but woke up because she almost felt down.)

Despite her falling sleeping for more than half of the session, she expected tips which I did not give as I was extremely disappointed with the session. Quickly drank the tea they provided and got out of there.

Will never return here...

My friends and I (6 of us) went to Indothai for massage on Saturday night, 13 May. It was not a good experience for most of us. The lady who massaged me was not serious at all. First, she used a wrong aromatherapy oil for me. When I repeatedly told her I have requested for lemongrass oil then she went off to change the oil but took a long time to come back to do the massage. Half way through the massage, she suddenly went off and returned after some time and claimed that she had to go to the toilet because she had a stomach ache. Shortly after, she excused herself to go to the toilet again. I told her I want to change a masseue since she is unwell but she refused! She finished the massage in 2 hours without any make-up time for the 2 incidents where she went off to the toilet. She is very rough and uses all her strength when doing massage. I had broken skin on one of my arm and it hurt the entire night. My friends did not entire their massages and foot reflexology too! We will never go to...

Went batam with my family after 5years..we went here total 4 of us for a full 2 hours massage so called highly recommended by our Pak Supir.. The place was so awesome good ambience and good strength of massage by the masseuse.. We supposed to start at 6pm but after selection and confirmation we went up to the room at around 6.35pm and After toilet break and washed legs we started around 6.43pm.. We were so shocked the masseuse stopped at the clock of 8.22pm.. We went down and complain to the receptionist who were Shocked our session ended early.. Of all masseuses they called mine named Eka and she wasn’t happy and looked like a gangster emphasing they really clocked 2 hours for our massage.. We wont recommended this place altho it was so atas cause i can get better service with safer masseuses at good value.. now massaging at batam is almost equal to Spore.. Pls avoid this place and dont get cheated or enticed by the entrance look only...
