Koji Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Batam City

Ordered indo mee. Took 1 hour to serve and there were not many people. The staff should have warned us that it will take that long because they only have 1 chef. They do not give refunds either if u want to cancel and get a refund. A customer who came later got their food earlier than us. Apologies are not sincere. If it can be zero or negative stars, I would give that. On top of that, there were screaming kids in the cafe and the staff did not do anything about it. When the order came out, it was wrong. I recently dined at Koji Cafe and had an enjoyable experience overall. The ambiance was lovely, and the food was delicious.

However, I encountered a minor hiccup during my visit. Some of the waitstaff seemed a bit unsure about the menu details, which caused a slight delay in placing our orders. It would be great if the staff could be better informed about the menu items.

Saw a lot of good reviews about this cafe, however, we’re quite disappointed with the experience.

Kids running around screaming at the top of their voices without any interventions. The ‘highlight’ of the experience was waiting for 1 hour for an Indomie (instant noodles). Ordered at 14:25, after several rounds of asking, no sincere apologies nor service recovery options. Simply told that no refunds can me made as it’s already cooking (for an hour??). Food finally came at 15:30.
