Kuning Kitchen and Cafe — Restaurant in Blitar

Cozy place to relax. There are two different places here, the front side is the restaurant with mostly Asian food while the back side is a Cafe with coffee, pastry and western food. Plenty of parking with children playground at the back. The Cafe menu variety is a lot, price is reasonable, food presentation is very good. Ordered burgers, both were undercooked. Pizza, croissants was good.

Went to the front side restaurant, food quality was great, I still consider it at the best fine dining food in Blitar, but dining experience was awful. Food came out in installment, first came rice and "brokoli tiga jamur", 5 minutes later "kung pao Ayam", another 5 minutes for the "spicy chicken wing", then another 20 minutes for the steamed fish to come. We ordered 3 foods to take away, 2 of them was not registered, so we have to wait for another 10 minutes before we...

I give a strong 4.76 stars.

Foods were decent and I enjoyed them, but the butter chicken might need to tone down a bit with the excess butter oil. Anything else that I ate there was pretty good.

Service was great, forgot to leave a tip but I could at least say that they did a good job. The waiting time for the food was acceptable, it was maghrib time so I left to do my prayer then came back and some of the food was already there, I'd say it took 12 to 16 minutes.

The atmosphere was great, the place was clean and has a warm lighting so it wasn't too bright but not too dark either.

All in all, I would high-key recommend the place. It is a suitable place if you want to spend an evening with your partner or families or even if you just want to go by yourself that's not a problem as I could see myself go there by myself just to spend my time...

I kinda have a normal expectation for this place, but, I have to admit, it beyond my expectation. Although the place was pack, the crews were quite fast, they took order quick and serve it fast.

The place was cozy and had a nice ambience. I think, night would be the best time to visit, the lights were nice and pretty.

They serve quite descent foods, compare with the price, they were great. Everything was nice, I mean almost everything.. hehehe I had my affogato served with strawbery ice cream, while, probably in almost all part in the world would serve it with vanilla ice cream, but it quite fun though. The esspresso was nice.
