Marugame Udon, Botani Square — Restaurant in Bogor

this place is located at the top corner of the mall. this place could be very crowded during the weekend. the quality of the food is as good as other outlets.

sometimes, i like to order kake udon. it's the basic one where they serve the udon noodle with the soup. you can add condiments like sliced green onion, and sliced chili for free. since it's a basic udon, i will order an additional menu as a side dish.

their chicken katsu is delicious. it's crispy outside, and the meat is still tender and juicy. this katsu is good to eat...

Salah satu tempat Favorit saya untuk Kuliner di Bogor. Masakan Udon, Mie khas Negri Sakura.

Konon Udon sudah ada sejak Zaman Edo (1603 - 1867) yang di sebut sebut sebagai awal Zaman Modern di Jepang. Berdasarkan fakta yang ada, jenis Udon yang di sajikan di sini berasal dari daerah Kansai dengan kuah berwarna bening di Jepang sendiri di sebut Dashi. (Di kutip dari sumber Wikipedia).

Menu menu yang di tawarkan disini beberapa menu sudah di modifikasi. Menu yang di tawarkan tidak semua berupa Mie namun ada beberapa menu Nasi dan menu pelengkap seperti Kroket, Tempura, Kakiage ( jenis gorengan ala Jepang) serta Ice Cream. Saat datang ada menu baru yang di tawarkan Gyu Jiru Udon ( Mie Udon dengan tambahan Daging sapi panggang).

Masakan yang di tawarkan di sini enak dan Higienis. Pasca Pandemi Covid 19 tempat ini ramai lagi di datangi pengunjung.

Tempat nya bersih, nyaman dengan pelayanan ramah dan cepat. Buat penggemar Mie Udon, tempat ini Recommended banget.

Catatan saya: Untuk menu minuman agar di tambahkan sehingga lebih beragam Semoga ke depannya bisa mempertahankan kualitas makanan, kebersihan dan pelayanan nya..
